Rude staff, horrible experience. Upon arrive people standing directly outside the entrance smoking marijuana and drinking. At the pool my son reported a kid hit him with a snowball (in the face, leaving a mark) in the out door hot tub and staff did nothing until I became upset after the second negative contact from the same kids. Parking was a nightmare to say the least. I walk over a mile carrying an infant in aa carseat with all our winter gear on. This place books winter capacity as if the outdoor things are open. To many people for winter!!! Dont do it ever. Go to Great Wolf lodge, they treat you like family!!!
