I m going to preface this with the fact that Dr. Ashmun and her APRN Tiffany are awesome! Don t have a single complaint against them and are honestly the reason they are getting such a high rating. Because, man, their office staff are not the greatest.

Imagine calling in a refill of your RX on a Monday. Pharmacy states you are out of refills, they will fax the office for more (even though you went for your yearly 2 months prior and refills should have *definitely* been sent in then!!). Tuesday goes, Wednesday goes so you call the office during your lunch break. They are adamant they sent it, so CLEARLY it s pharmacy s fault. Thursday comes (still without a refill) so you send a kind refill message through the patient portal. Friday comes and still no refill. Being the hard worker you are (and spending ~17 of your 30 minute lunch break in conversation with your pharmacy), you try calling the office again when you get off work *a few minutes early* at 4:53 (because everywhere online states the office is open until 5:30) and it going straight to the emergency after-hours line. 37 minutes BEFORE the office is closed!! How unprofessional is that? After-hours doesn t begin until AFTER the office is closed. Or update your advertised business hours. And one week s notice is not enough in advance for a prescription refill ladies!!! Even when they should have originally been sent in months previously.
