Very unhappy with the Lund company. They recently took over Maxx Properties. Called the cooperate office on Friday and requested a return call and I have yet to hear back from anyone with cooperate in regards to. Previous leak in the closet took 2.5 weeks to fix. I called Friday to report another leak, maintenance came and verified they would be here the following day on Saturday. It is now Monday at 4 pm and I still have yet to hear from maintenance. When you report issues they definitely are not fixed promptly or in a timely manner. You call and request to speak to cooperate and you don't receive a call back. You report that they need to spray due to insects and nothing ever happened regarding pest control, that was a month ago I reported that issue. Communication is not the greatest either. You request furnace filter needs replaced and instead of someone calling and saying it's on back order, they leave it to you to follow up. Overall, not a place I want to raise my children. I transferred apartment units in April after being a tenant for 3 years at the other unit and this unit is very problematic. Issue after issue. I can deal with issues if they are promptly taken care of. Not delayed due to short staff. That is not the tenant's issue to make sure Lund company is fully staffed. You take our money monthly for rent but don't get things taken care of as they should be. Delayed responses to work tickets. I cannot wait until April 2018 when my lease is up. They won't let us break our lease without paying fees but I never signed a lease with Lund. I signed it with Maxx Properties. Tenants were not aware of this change. The way things are handled with this company is ridiculous. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone - Fox Valley.
