Employee turnover from senior management to hourly...

Employee turnover from senior management to hourly employees is extremely high. For me, this is a bad sign, but perhaps in the world of elder care, this is the standard? It's bad practice, in my opinion, to not be able to get anyone to answer the phone on the main number and then continually have full mailboxes.
Covid precautions were off the charts...not a bad thing except where it comes to your loved ones mental health. No provisions for that, at all.
Many of the procedures in place made no sense at all.....but we were assured they were following Governor Kemp's recommendations. That's scary altogether, but let's not get into politics.
Overall, this place looks good just like a lot of senior living places but don't be fooled. Look for solid employee retention, a superb nursing staff, and an active activities department.
