Dont ever get a house with them! Landlord Biased and Racist Staff. Protecting only landlords interest and do not bother about providing basic essentials to tenants. They expect tenants to chase up and never provide a suitable solution. The worst agency to deal with in Scotland. Their attitude is "if you dont like it you are free to leave" and they are not Shy to tell you several times on your face! Business doesn't work this way, soon company will face the consequences.
