**UPDATED** I did receive an apology email for the mixup and they did finally end up getting my order right. They also gave us a 10% discount once they shipped our order for the inconvenience of the mixups. We appreciate the gesture and will order through them again. Hopefully they don't mess anything in our future order and their customer service is improved.

The ordering through this company has really gone downhill. We've been ordering filters for years from them. Went to order today and it wouldn't let us because we have a PO box as our billing address. This has never been an issue before. My husband emailed them and asked what could be done as we've been ordering with that billing address for years. He got a short response back "we don't accept PO boxes". Well, thanks, Captain Obvious, we got that info. Now what can we do to place an order? I called and the guy who answered put the order through for me but the price came back as $50 less than what was in my cart. I specifically said I needed MERV 13 filters instead of the MERV 11. After getting off the phone my husband received his confirmation email for the order and it said we'd ordered MERV 11. So I called back and asked them to change it. The same guy put through another order after canceling the incorrect order but now we have no confirmation email and when we go into our account on their site our new order is not there. I just sent another email to them. I shouldn't have to contact a company seven times just to place a darn order. As soon as I find another company I'll be going with them. This company clearly doesn't care about customer service or a user friendly site.
