After placing an order for desks and a chair then reading all the reviews I was worried it was a scam, but despite the delivery dates being 'on or around' the date given on the email, everything arrived within a couple of days of the predicted date.
Their communication is awful but the products are good quality and reasonably priced so I'm happy with the purchase.
