Oscar came out to give us an attic insulation estimate. He was very professional and did tell me we have black mold in our attic (the other three companies I had out told me we have great ventilation and no mold), but I have yet to receive an estimate. I followed up via e-mail to ask/remind I was waiting for an estimate and I still have not heard a word.
