I cannot recommend the team at FB highly enough. We are a small team and super busy, so they took care to make it as simple (and non time consuming) as they possibly could. The kick off meeting with their wider project team (although a little overwhelming at the time) helped us to understand the opportunity, the process and what was needed from our side. From there, any requirements were kept to an absolute minimum, a handful of calls and the submission was ready to go. We are now already preparing for our 2020 claim and are much more informed on what is needed, so that we can keep careful records as we go. Honestly, it's a no brainer to use these guys!
