This place is fantastic! We stayed there for 10 days and the staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. We really enjoyed being pampered and the restaurants were great. The bartender Elias and the helper Yadanila were the best!! They were always there for us and anybody and polite and cheerful. Because of these two persons, we enjoyed the cocktails more and their cordial personalities made a difference to everyone!! Three cheers for Elias and Yadanila!!!

Now the disappointments:
The bathroom shower floor was so slippery and we asked for the rubber mat. They told us to wait 5 minutes and they never came back to tell us that it was not available. There were no grab bars in the shower and nothing to hold on. Because of that, I would advise anyone who go there to take a non- slip rubber mat and use it on the shower floor. Our room butler told us that the grab bars are in the handicapped room and why would I want to occupy that room when I am not a handicapped person. I would rather let the real handicapped person who is in need for that room.

The second disappointment was the Bluewater Grill restaurant hostess. We were waiting for the table for dinner and she asked us if the high table was acceptable. When we told her "NO" she told us that she would do us a FAVOR to seat us at the regular table. When we were seated at the table, there were two other empty tables next to our table . That attitude of that hostess was totally unacceptable.
