Team MJV is a joke. They hire people and never train them to do the job they are hired for. You could clean an entire building and make it look great and they will walk in and only tell you things that need to be done with no appreciation that you've literally turned an account around for the better. There is absolutely zero communication. The Regional Manager of my area was fired and even though she was the person I was supposed to report to, I was not told she was fired for another 3 weeks. For 3 weeks any questions I had or days off I needed were disregarded because they would not inform any employees about the Regional Manager being let go. Common courtesy would have been to inform employees and let them know who they could contact in the mean time. They have lost TWO ACCOUNTS in the time I have worked for them. They failed to tell me that they lost the account until the very last day and then transfered me 20+ miles where they ultimately lost another account. They hired a part time employee and let me go a week later because "Overstaffing" at the place I was at. Common sense would be to move the part time employee or let them go instead of letting the full time employee go. They hire anyone off the street with no manager experience to be a coach or a manager. I was told to work at a site and "Spy" on other employees to find out if they are doing their job right because upper management couldn't be bothered to visit the site on their own. They will let corruption slide so that they do not have to hire and train new employees. I have tried for WEEKS to get in touch with the corporate office AND the new regional manager to receive my W2 only to be ignored with no call or text back. Common courtesy, communication and Professionalism is something this company severely lacks and they are baffled when they lose contracts left and right, but I'm sure they will try to cover up anything I say
