Jacobsen asked me to write a review and if I wasn't satisfied with their work, I wouldn't be writing this review at 12:50am when I could be sound asleep! Mark, Brian, Jacinto, and Vito were my group of guys who did our front and back yard landscaping and boy, did they do a really fab job. From inception everything was super professional and well thought out. Mark took the time to explain the design in detail (several times) to a bunch of plant-newbies and his team followed the design meticulously. They really cared about whether or not they did a good job and asked me several times if I was satisfied with how they laid everything out, the finished product, etc. They took their time and did not rush which at least made me feel like a valued client - too many businesses these days cannot grasp this simple concept! All my requests were attended to and they even helped swap out some plants the next day that I wasn't too keen on. I will definitely call on them again for any future work.
