I am happy to share a glowing review about Carmel car. I've lived in NYC for 2 years and can never get anyone to pick me up with my small dog. She's too big for a carrier, but is still small-ish. My driver was so kind and supportive about getting us to our destination on time that I have cancelled my zip car and will book with them. I would have shared a positive review even if an incentive was offered. But that's nice too.
