It wasnt hurtful enough for you to lead me to believe my dog would be okay just to basically push me into euthanasia just a few hours later. Its not bad enough that your doctor seemed to lack any feelings whatsoever and you forgot to tell me my total when I went to pick up the ashes. Its not bad enough that I couldnt be with her in the room when I brought her in even though in reality she only had a few hours left to her life. You had to go and charge me an extra 500 $, never tell me about it, send the bill to my burned down house, threaten me with collections, and then disrespect me over the phone. I actually heard the woman lightly chuckle while I explained this to her.
