Hated it! Musical performances are confusing 10-second renditions of songs which do not advance the plot or tell us something about the characters themselves. As far as I could tell, the only reason for the music was to generate applause, which, by the way, was minimal. By the end of the first half, I asked my wife if the show was over. Nothing had happened and multiple people were leaving. A few minutes later, one of the cast members came out and talked about the people who were leaving. The second half continues with more of the 10-second performances and---wait for it--- all of the singers leaving Sun Records to join either RCA or Columbia Records. What a nail-biter that was. OMG ! Who cares?! Don't waste your money.
