My account with Gateway was transfered to this com...

My account with Gateway was transfered to this company. I received a letter from Western Union stating that I had authorized a debit of my bank account to this new company. Never happened. After 45 minutes on the phone trying to understand what this person was saying it got figured out, I hope. Not happy with this at all.
