I worked with the team on two different occasions regarding possible employment opportunities. The first time was with Tyler and Taylor. They were very professional on the phone and conducted great over the phone interviews. I was told by Taylor that he would contact his client and get back to me and I never heard from him again. The second time I worked with Jess. He is a great guy, very professional and knows his stuff. I went through two phone interviews with one of their clients and Jess went dark on me as well. I understand not being the right fit for what their client needs, but tell me. Don't go dark on me. As a recruiter myself I know that it is important to keep your candidates informed with clear and transparent communication. You are, after all representing your company and if you want to provide a world class recruiting service that certainly is not the way to do it. I won't work with NaviTrust again because of my experience.
