Honestly Northcutt is the best in quality and price. Their maintenance guys are always kind, respectful, and sincerely want to help you to the best of their knowledge and ability. Whenever I have had an issue, they have always been fairly quick to come and help solve what ever issue I had. Their properties are also the best I have found in Auburn. We relocated from another state and had gone to nearly every property management companies in town, and nothing was as clean, well kept. Moving into the property I have with Northcutt made me not regret our move to Auburn.
