The tour itself is decent, well-organized and interesting. However it revealed how...unprofessional CNN is. One part of the tour was the group standing above the room of journalists, watching them work. The majority of them were scrolling through twitter, looking for "news". So much of the tour was political and biased, and felt distasteful. Still an interesting experience.
