I recently used the services from their website, and I was quite satisfied with the user-friendly interface and the variety of tools available for supply chain optimization. 😊 However, I found that the customer support was not as responsive as I had hoped, especially when I had technical questions. The overall experience was average. The website's design and the organization of information made it easy to navigate and find what I needed. Yet, the lack of immediate assistance was disappointing.
