ER was great. Drove 70 miles to bring elderly mom who has dementia to visit Dad in hospital. Would only let one person in room at a time, which I understand. Would not let you wait in waiting room, have to wait in hot car on 92 degree day. What really made me mad is two people were setting together in the waiting room. When I asked why they could wait there, but my elderly mom had to wait in hot car, they would not answer me, other then they did not make the rules and one of us had to go wait in the car. BS. Dad has been in here 2 days and doctor has not been in.
Overhead nurse said he had Sepsis. Would really be nice to know what is going on!! 8/28/20, I emailed per their reply on 8/21/20. Still waiting for a response!!!
