I usually drop off packages to return to Amazon. I had two returns on Monday night. The lady, I forgot the name, at the store was super nice. She printed out confirmation, helped me get a label on the second container, and was generally pleasant. I don't remember the last time I had such a good customer experience anywhere. Thank you!
