To the staff at Brian Center Southpoint, I want to thank everyone for the excellent care, concern and quality of care and service provided to my mom. My brother chose this facility not solely based on google reviews or the compare site. He visited 2 different random times and was greeted by warm, smiling staff, this sealed it for us. Family and friends visited mom daily. Each and everyone of us have first hand accounts of the professionalism, care, dignity and respect shown to mom, our family and friends. Thank you very much for giving mom the very best in health care and attending her medical needs. We all visited your facility and our mom during random times, unannounced visits, various hours, every shifts and every day of the week. During each and every instance, everyone of you created a welcoming and friendly environment. You always greeted us with a smile, caring be professional attitude. Each and everyone of you has significantly contributed to mom s recovery rate. WE THANK YOU VERY MUCH.
