Very bad experience in this store !!

Very bad experience in this store !!
Buy an essential TV B 159 early August for the birthday of my daughter !!
Unfortunately she could only enjoy 15 days because defective.
So RDV at SAV, for an exchange, I exceeded the deadline of 15 days, no luck for me the TV breaks down after 3 weeks.
I say nothing, the tv leaves in sav for 15 days min ...
Today, Friday the 13th I receive an SMS: "your service return is dipo".
I say to myself Super my daughter will be able to finally enjoy his connected TV.
AND NONN, no fault detected, we return your TV and everything is fine!
Back at home I try again and PAF after 2 minutes, the same problems as initially.
I go back to the SAV very unhappy for a TV that has 1 month and especially to have the impression that the SAV has strictly nothing done on my product!
I then ask for a credit to buy another model.
I am categorically refused and recreated a SAV file ...
I have to wait another 15 days hopefully with no action on the TV.
It's simply HONTEUX to have no sense of customer service, you are selling products and the service does not follow.
I will never buy bakery and believe me I will make you bad pub !!
I'm waiting for a TV today that may never be repaired, but it's normal!
