To start, the wait was very long. That's to be expected at Steak "N Shake so I can live with that..to then have the food come out cold is unacceptable. In addition, my girlfriend and I both ordered the 4 for $4 and half the items were missing. The cherry on top is one burger came out with no condiments on it and the other came with the condiments my girlfriend specifically asked not to be on it. Overall..BAD!
