Proper Cloth is the only place I will buy shirts. They're incredibly nice and helpful, and the only regrets I've had with their shirts have come from deviating from their advice. As with any made-to-measure service, the first attempt won't be perfect (it was pretty unwearable in my case), but after a free remake it fits better than I thought possible -- I'm very tall and thin, so off-the-rack shirts never come close to fitting me. A big factor is sticking with Proper Cloth was that their fabrics are just generally far superior to other made-to-measure companies; it's much harder to make a mistake when ordering from them, while I have felt that I made mistakes in my choices from other companies.
