The service was excellent all the staff are lovely. John the Concierge & Elisabete in the breakfast restaurant were fantastic. It was home from home and felt spoilt nothing was too much trouble. I believe the bedrooms are being updated which is good as I felt mine was a little dated. I was there for an exhibition which was very close by and convenient parking was provided by the hotel at a very reasonable price.
