4th Dimension have repaired my bike twice now. Quality of the technical service and customer service is 5 stars. All the staff are willing to help from the admin team dealing with booking in/delivery to the engineers and assessors and the teams delivery the bikes once done. They are very clear and transparent about the work being carried out and both times the bike has come back in top condition (even cleaned to showroom standard!) Highly recommended.
