We stayed here for 3 nights.
As a Diamond Member you are actually expecting an upgrade or at least a slightly more preferred allocation of rooms with good location. In addition there was a price of 270 euros the night.
Of course there was no upgrade. The first room did not correspond to the booked category, the light did not go out (switch defect), in the bathroom one walked directly into shards of broken tiles.
After I complained, where you did not even want to respond to me and said it was the booked room, only smaller and without sofa, we were then reluctantly booked to another room, which was ok.
The sports room is about 6 square meters in size - it's easy to call it a fitness center. The equipment was poor.
The food was really good, morning and evening. The service staff could have been more attentive. Only after many questions we often received our drinks.
The service was so if only sufficient. Price and performance in this hotel unfortunately not.
