My most recent experience with St Charles Nissan was excellent. The service technician, Rob, is always very professional and kind. I made an appointment to have my oil changed and to buy a replacement tire . The tire had not been ordered but my other services were completed. Rob apologized for the inconvenience, kept my tire/wheel, provided me with an expected date for arrival 9/3, called me on 9/3 to let me know the tire arrived, tire mounted on wheel and I can go to the dealership anytime (as early as 7a) on 9/4 to have it installed. Rob thank you for all that you do. Thank you to the employee that greeted me when I initially arrived he was very kind and professional as well. Thank you to the employee who made the appointment was very kind and professional and made my appointment in a timely manner. Great job overall!!
