When My family and I thought we had lost all hope in buying a home. we found a ray of light shine thru the storm it was Avenir Mortgage Planners. They where great people, one of the most polite and patient people i have meet. Never pushing us into something we didn't want or giving us false hope. The whole team is just amazing. The communication that they have is one of the best. always available when i called. even at 5 am. The best part is they made the impossible happen. we where told by our 1st choice of mortgage lender that the offer we had put in for our dream home might not go thru. due to her miss calculations this broke my families heart. but then my realtor found the Greg from the Avenir. he talked to me with the truth he looked at our application review and proceed and said we can help. We didn't think twice and moved forward with the change. From the minute we got under their wing we felt the honesty and surly a month later we were moving into our home.
