I bought 2 tickets for 4 plays, and they never got...

I bought 2 tickets for 4 plays, and they never got back to me to let me know that my order didn t go thru.... so when I called them to see why my tickets hadn t been sent , I was told I would have to sit in the balcony as they gave up my seats and the price went up by $40.00. I am very disappointed in their handling of this interaction.
