Bad service!!!

Bad service!!!
Went there today with a friend to have lunch after visiting Automechanika. Ordered food 25 minutes later still no food (while other customers who came 10 minutes after we ordered had their meals served) so I called the waiter and asked he said our food will be ready in 2-3 minutes....5 minutes later still no food. So clearly someone forgot or didn't place our order....worst part is the waiter never admitted that he forgot. A simple "SORRY" will do.
