I had a credit balance and they refused to admit to THEIR mistake. Asked for a letter admitting to their mistake and I got a lawyer letter making it sound like I had paid their bill rather then admitting fault . All I wanted was a letter , no money just a sorry we screwed up.
Kimberly, was very helpful unfortunately, the lawyer Brin Dodez wouldn't authorize the letter or return phone calls. Guess he is to important to talk to people when they screw up Covered his corporate ass rather then do the right thing. . As far as I am concerned the guy is why people think of lawyers the way they do. I'm being nice
You would think a class act like the Cleveland Clinic would use a better place to collect.
