I have suffered from lower back pain for the past 11 years. I just had reinjured myself and ended up with two herniated disc on the lumbar part of my spine. I couldn't even get in my car to drive to work and I knew this was a serious injury. I knew I needed to do something about it but getting spinal surgery at the age of 30 just wasn't something I wanted to go through. I decided to do some research in effort to find an alternative to surgery. I've gone through chiropractic treatment before with little success. However, I read about spinal decompression therapy and also happened to meet someone who tried this treatment. They said it was the best decision they ever made for their lower back pain so I decided to give it a try. That's when I found Dr. Bruce and Valley Spinal Decompression Center. I got in touch with Dr Bruce and he took the time to listen to my story about how my initial injury happened and my new injury. I decided to give it a try after I had an MRI done and saw exactly what I had going on. This office was unlike any other doctors or chiropractic office I've been to in the past. I was surprised to see that Dr Bruce handles all the care himself unlike other places I've been to where I always end up dealing with an assistant. I must admit, I was really losing hope after a few weeks due to seeing very little progress. I expressed this to Dr Bruce but he was really patient with me and helped me keep my faith. Then I realized I was 6 weeks in and my lower back pain had decreased significantly... That's when I realized how amazing this treatment was and was glad I didn't give up. Now, I'm almost at 100% and couldn't be more thankful to Dr. Bruce for curing my back. I highly recommend this to anyone that's suffering from back pain. It definitely beats back surgery.
