I have been a customer of Collective Wireless LLC for over a year now, and I must say, the experience has been average. The company website is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, the customer service could be improved. I have encountered a few issues with my account and had to wait a long time to speak with a representative. Overall, I would rate the company as average.
