I was very disappointed with our experience with Westglow. My husband and I had a half spa day booked with 60 minute massages for Valentine s Day. Our massage appointments were both scheduled for 2:45, and I was told that we had use of the Enrichment Centers amenities from 1-6. We arrived at the spa shortly after 1:30 to learn that someone had rescheduled my husband s massage to 1:15 and had forgotten to inform us. Because we were late the receptionist tried to rush him back for his service which would also need to be shortened because of the time. He would then be able to use the amenities while I was in my service. Our entire plan was to enjoy the day together for Valentine s Day. We left, and, as of yet, Westglow has made no attempt to make this right. So disappointing...our spa day was booked for weeks, and the miscommunication was all on their end.
