Was not greeted when entering the store. I had to ask someone for help while sales agents were standing around.

I had just come from pre-op for a cervical spine surgery. I guess I wasn't fashionable enough for the staff. When I found the recliner, I wasn't shown the features. I still don't know what type of fabric it is or how to care for it.

When we picked it up, the warehouse shoved it on the loading dock and walked away.

The only reason you got 2 stars is because I like the $900 recliner.
