After posting this review Ashley Escalation contacted new. Well they acted concerned and like they were going to look into the overcharge. Well that was all talk apparently Cause absolutely nothing has been done. And she told me I would hear back ASAP. If I could take away the one star that I had to give I would! Buyers beware!!

After going into this store and making a purchase I noticed on my invoice that they overcharged me for an item. I called back to talk with the sales person and he was rude. When asking him about the overcharge he said to me and I quote I DON T MAKE UP THE PRICES and hung up on me.
Prior to him hanging up I told him about the overcharge and that I would go to a different location(meaning another Ashley location) that won t over charge me and he said I can come back and get a refund and said the above comment and hung up on me. I called and spoke to a manager which was absolutely NO help.
I m going to contact corporate next.
