Discriminated my Disabled Farther and made him feel uncomfortable. We was enjoying our holiday in Loro Park. We saw the dolphin show and we was given a front row seat for all the family with my Visually impaired farther of 74 years old. We all enjoyed the dolphins. Next stop the Orca's the show was busy but we asked a member of staff on the way in for the disabled section were we was given seats for the whole family and 1 behind which was fine. My Dad has his wife at side of him who has to explain what is happening and point him in the right direction so he can see with his binoculars he had his 2 Grandchildren to the other side of him so he could enjoy the show as a family. We was given these seats. Then Carlos came along and was most rude told my mother to move along with her Grandson and seated some other guest. I explained the issue to him that we was given the seats by another member of staff I explained that he should not of removed my family or split them up as they was already seated. Carlos was most rude and very abusive toward my Farther disabilities. My mother and Grandson left and found other seats leaving my farther without his carer. yes he had me and his Grandson but he needed his wife. This led to a rather heated discussion with Carlos. I explained that if the disabled area was full then the other guest should be asked to return at the next show and he should not of split the family up. The show now sadly my Dad did not enjoy. Carlos was getting rather loud and even more abusive he called security I tried to explain the situation to him but his English was not good enough. At this point my dad got upset and told me to be quiet or he was going to walk out. Again Carlos and the Security man carried on there loud abusive behavior I said you have upset my dad now just leave it but no Carlos kept going on and on. I was now using my finger to my mouth in a gesture to be quiet and to leave it but no he still carried on he then told me to my mouth very loud with a lot of aggression. along with the security man. At this point all I had said was leave it now you have upset my Dad. This as you can imagine spoiled the whole day and made my Dad feel uncomfortable and then refused to accept any other disabled seating. Carlos was so unprofessional and should be retrained. Never ever have we witnessed and be involved in such DISCRIMINATION to the disabled. The park is great the facilities are wonderful and would of been 5 stars but this event is just not forgivable.
