Everybody there that I have interacted with is great: the surgeon, the dentist, finance, and reception. They are pleasant and generally on time, too.

My only (minor) criticism is that, unlike other medical providers I have seen, their email/text notification system is all or nothing. There really should be some way to keep the "You have an appointment today at 5:00 PM" messages but turn off the "You are overdue for a checkup" messages.
