I am really disappointed with the level of service...
I am really disappointed with the level of service I have received from this company, we paid in full for our order and was expecting 'express' delivery as per the charges raised, expected delivery date came and went, I then contacted them only to be told the delivery would not be for a further 2 weeks as some items were out of stock. At this point I requested a refund on my express delivery charges, which was refused. A few days later 2/4 my order turned up, I then chased again for the rest of the order and again complained about my express delivery charges with no response. I then received a further 1/4 of my order with one I item still missing. I am told to expect the rest of the shipment by the 14th July some 2 months after the initial order was paid. Having to spend nearly an hour on the phone each time I have to call, the whole purchase process has been painful and expensive - I wish I had used another provider.
