I bought my car from here a year ago, and there has been 3 times where my car became immobile, and I became stranded. This is frustrating, considering that I'm still paying for the car, and the car that I bought for 1000 dollars on Craigslist was more reliable. I was also under the impression that the extended warranty would cover all issues when I bought the car, but every fix that has happened to the car I had to pay out of pocket. Also, every time I take the car in to get fix, customer service seems very unapologetic, and they always tell me that it'll be a couple of days before they can get to my car. This is fine, as long as they provide me a loaner car to move around in, but every time they tell me there out of loaner cars, they tell me they can give me a ride to where I need to go from the dealership, and suggest that I use 'Uber' to get around as they work on my car. This suggests that there are either no loaner cars to begin with and they use that excuse to keep us aloof. Or, they don't like me and leaving them for their more likable customers, or they're telling the truth and all of their cars suck.
