Mr Henry Tamacas serviced my faulty AC. He explained the problems needing repair and set about following through on his plan. This 100* weather is terribly hard when repairs include the outside part of a unit but he managed very professionally! I appreciate his patience in helping me plan better in caring for my unit and will set me up on a maintenance plan. He was very kind and personable. Thank you for his visit!
