I had Devin help my husband and I find a white dresser. Our choice was not in stock but he found another one that we liked better that was in stock. We bought it and were setting it set up at home when we realized that there were only 5 drawer knobs onstead of 10. Quick call to customer service and we went to get the missing knobs. Offered coffee and cookies while only waiting 5 minutes to get the knobs. Great experience even if the quality shipping dept didn't make sure all the knobs were included. Will use Homemakers again.
