This hotel steal my money!!! Looks like luxurius hotel but the employee are thiefs, Be careful when the reception ask your credit card for deposit best to use cash and than card, cos without my signature to authorized they deduct my credit card THB 11000 which suppose THB 3000 for deposit only, I realize after I check out and the bills settled with my other credit card but then I found out from sms notification that another transaction occur on credit card I use for deposit fee and when I call the hotel the reception did not say anything to clarify but to put me on hold for long time.
There is a lot other great hotel than this, located inn heavy traffice area so not worth to spent
