I was a Knology customer, later Wow customer. I had a renewed contract paying almost the same monthly ammount. I needed to stay out for 3 months because of a surgery and my mother passed; but I continue paying every month online. When returning home, no working internet or cable. I have spent hours on the phone and Wow office to know my service was cancelled and the early termination fee applied without my knowledge. Nobody could help when I called because I have to pay late fees, return equipment and begin a new contract. Is it fair?
