I would just like to take a few minutes to thank Senior Planning Services for obtaining my mothers Medicaid approval in such a timely manner. Dealing with an elderly parent is stressful enough so taking this daunting government application process out of the equation provided some peace of mind.

At the time we began this process my mother was in Care One Wellington and we thought she would need a long term care facility. Victoria recommended contacting Senior Planning and are we ever happy she did!

I was hesitant making the decision to hire Senior Planning Services due to the cost involved but since this counted towards my mothers spend down why not hire a company that could assist with the Medicaid process and leave us open to care for her needs.

For our first phone call, Senior Planning, along with our case manager, Naomi Steinmetz, performed in an extremely calm, courteous and professional manner. Naomi was always responsive to our questions and extremely easy to contact. We had her direct phone number and usually received an email response within hours, even minutes on some occasions.
