Their employees (while given adequate training) are over-worked and under compensated (like, below minimum wage for their starting positions). In return, their staff retention is awful and their quality of service is compromised regularly (most noticeable in their Residential, Day Hab services, Arts Programs, and College Experience Programs).

Additionally, management was willing to compromise safety of individuals in their care in order to make profit during covid-19 pandemic. Many of their non-essential programs were reopened too early and with sub par safety regs. This company is more invested in profit than the care of its clientele and staff.
