I don't know how much you are getting paid for all nonsense that you wrote as a reply but your company should honor you for great imagination ability that you have.
I never been contacted for installation except one time from rude, unprofessional and unethical lady not half dozen that's not true.
You never do agree with anyone s statement about your horrible company, that s obvious because you are getting paid from there. But look at +100 review that you have all arguing about you probably you want to say they are wrong and you're right !!!!!!
About all documents that I signed yes you are right I missed to check because of trust to EPOS Now company referral to your company.
I am responsible and my exact point is the way that your company trained sales person for scamming peoples like me is unprofessional when they force us to sign everything electronically over the email without any explanation.
That's rip off, yes that's right when you sent a brand new wireless terminal which doesn't hold charge for more that half an hour.
I paid all penalties and I am happy to disclose all reality to other peoples I don't care about the amount I paid and I am sure you are happy that collected that amount, hopefully you will be rich from all these penalties but with the awareness that all of us are generation to public for sure you will lose much more.
And also don't be sorry for me, be sorry for yourself with this huge amount of people's hate to your horrendous service.
In one of reviews that you replied I saw it's mention we stand for our customer service and we do not agree with your statement (Typical Answer) I have bad news for you, you are standing right now but pretty soon you will sit down for it and right after you will lay down !!!!!!!!!
During dozens of times that I had to call for that North America issue your customer service is like bunch of operators that are sitting in the bus right beside of each other and I could hear all other operators except the one that I was talking with. Please DO NOT STAND for such a garbage customer service. your company is the worst in Canada
All story that you narrated about North America is not true, you are bad with too many problems don't label North America.
Even from the time that I called and asked for cancellation that took sometimes between one and half month to two months to some one called me, is that related to north America as well !!!!!!!!!!!!!
